Terms and Conditions

By purchasing an item or multiple items from Xscape & Rez Entertainment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, and are legally bound to abide by them. These are regularly checked my UK Trading Standards.

Delivery

Order wills be sent via the following mediums, if no Extra’s are added:

UK: Second Class recorded mail.(First class recorded if Xpress Shipping added.)
International: Royal Mail Air Mail. .(Air Mail International Signed for if Xpress Shipping added.)

Please allow upto 28 working days for UK delivery, and 42 working days for international (outside the UK) delivery*. These time frames commence once the estimated processing time of an item has expired. Any enquires relating to where an item is should be made after these designated time frames.

Xscapecp.com cannot promise that an item will arrive in time for a certain event, i.e. a performance or party. To ensure you receive your item(s) as soon as possible ensure you have added the relevant Extra's to your order. Even with Xtra's we cannot promise that your items will be there in time, but we will try our best.

Order Cancellation

Under no circumstances will Xscape cancel an order once it was been paid, if you are unhappy with your order once you receive it please follow the Refunds & Replacement guidelines below.

Refunds & Replacement

All items must be returned to the address supplied before a refund/replacement is given.

Clothing

Monetary refunds are only available if your item(s) have not arrived within the specified time frame (processing time plus 28 working days for UK and 42 working days for international).

If you are unhappy with your order when you receive it please contact us immediately, all requests for refunds/replacements must be made with 7 days of receipt.

If you are not happy with your order when you receive it, or it is damaged, we can offer either replacement products or an online coupon of the same value (not including any postage or Extra’s fees).

It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that you choose the right size, we have supplied an accurate size guide for help. If the item is the wrong size, you must supply proof that it is an error on our behalf, if it is, in which case we will replace with the correct size as quick as possible. However, if it is an error on your behalf we charge at £10 handling fee to replace with a new size, the buyer must also cover return postage fees.

All returned clothing must be unworn to qualify for a refund/replacement, this is due to health reasons.

All other products

Monetary refunds are only available if your item(s) have not arrived within the specified time frame (processing time plus 28 working days for UK and 42 working days for international).

If you are unhappy with your item(s) for any reason please contact us immediately, we will do your best to replace the items in question, however due to the unique nature of most memorabilia products for example, it is more likely we will have to refund via a online coupon.

Items damaged on arrival

We always ensure that when an order is sent is packaged correctly, and is packaged in a fashion that will ensure that the chance of damage whilst in transit is minimal. However if your item is damaged when it arrives please contact us immediately. We will then proceed to launch a complaint with Royal Mail, if they accept responsibility, we will refund you with the compensation money, and if refund the difference in the form of an online voucher.

Payment

Any orders paid by PayPal eCheque will not be dispatched until after the eCheque has cleared, this includes if the item is purchased with any of the Xtra's option . This is done to reduce the risk of fraud.

Orders placed with credit/debit cards outside of PayPal will not be dispatched until the payment has been cleared - usually 2 working days** after the initial order placement.

Orders placed with Google Checkout will only be dispatched once we have recieved cleared payment.

Club Xscape

One your membership payment as been cleared you will receive an email which includes your personal discount code, virtual membership card and renewal details.

1. Once you have received your virtual membership card you must host it in one of the location specified on the product page and link it back to main Club Xscape page within 7 days and supply us with a link. Full support will be given to help with this.

2.Failure to comply with this will result in the termination of your Club Xscape Membership.

3. Weekly checks of your hosted membership card will be carried out at random times, if we discover your card has disappeared we will allow a 7 day period for it to be re-hosted.

4. Once a payment as been cleared your membership is valid for one year until that date the next year.

5. You may cancel your membership at anytime, however we cannot refund payments once they have been cleared.

*Does not include processing/production time as described on the relevant and corresponding product pages.

** This time frame is subject to change dependant on events outside of Xscape's control, e.g. the placement of UK bank holidays.
